Handmade solid Oak/Walnut Stool

Danish style hand made bar stool, made by hand in our Nottingham workshop. Lee Furniture produces Danish weaved cord seating, can be used as a Stool for a kitchen island,  standard kitchen breakfast bar, or anywhere you like it to be!!!.

We love to work in the Hans Wegner style of Mid Century Furniture. Our Danish cord weave is all woven in-house, with solid Oak/Walnut frames.

All are stools are made with full Mortise and Tenon construction for superior strength.

We are shortly adding other styles of chairs and benches including Bar stool, breakfast/Island Stools coming soon. Please also see our website for more options!!!

Sizes
The dimensions are 60cm Seat height x 46cm Wide seat x 75cm Height. Available in Solid Walnut or Oak. We don’t make in cheaper timbers with stains!!!

    Vinyl Record HiFi Cabinet

    Record storage Cabinet

    The cabinet is part of a range of record storage units, there are options to change some of the finishes. All the cabinets are Oak or Walnut or Ash with a lacquered top coat. There is an option for plywood. The top wall unit has wall hangers, due to the heavy load of vinyl, it must be fixed to brick or solid timber battened wall.
    The base unit comes as a wall hanger unit so floating as in pictures, or we offer hairpin legs at 100mm or 200mm tall, so the unit can be free standing and movable.

    There is two soft close handleless doors on the base unit, colour options are grey, white, ivory, dark blue.

    The pictures show a oak finish.

    Wall unit – 980mm (L) x 980mm (W) x 300mm (D)

    If you order the leg option for the base unit add either 100mm or 200mm to the above dimension.

    29cm wide x 16cm height x 11cm deep

    Pick your desired wax colour from the images. We now have the NEW driftwood finish available. PLEASE NOTE: The driftwood finish is the colour in photos. (see picture of shelve on brick wall)

    The listing does not come with toilet rolls (sorry)

    Sanding and Wax Finishes

    All the shelves are finished with 2-3 coats of high quality wax, before waxing we sand the boards, to remove any sharp edges. NOTE : please remember you are purchasing reclaimed wood, so there will be lots of wear nail holes possible, small splits, warping etc.. this is what gives the boards there character and industrial look, add the cool steampunk brackets, and you have a great all round look. Some boards may burnt in branding on the edges. (see photo)

    Iron pipe brackets

    The pipe brackets we supply are real black Iron fittings. They are NOT a true black colour, we have noticed people selling so called iron fittings, which are steel sprayed with black paint. We don’t supply these. For the true industrial look the Iron fitting are raw black Iron. (see images)

    NOTE: Please bear in mind the brackets are iron pipe, and “WILL RUST”, if not treated, we recommend lacquer or varnish, or clear wax. We now offer an option to purchase a clear lacquer version.

    We do not supply screws with the brackets due to different fixing types.
