Reclaimed Dining Table and one Bench

Lee Furniture manufacture furniture in the UK, based in Nottingham. We mainly work with recycled wood, which has environmental and cost saving factors, that benefit us all globally. This item is for our reclaimed board dining table and bench with hairpin legs in different colours. We make them in numerous lengths and stained coloured wax finishes.

Dimensions

pick your length and deep x 3.7 cm thick top, dining table height is 71cm excluding table top thickness, We offer different lengths, so ask us for help if you need something a little different. Listing includes 1 bench only

Pick your desired wax color from the images. (the photos show a light waxed finish on newer boards. We now have the NEW driftwood finish available.

Each dining table purchase come with a set of hairpin legs, which you can position, wherever you choose. The dining table comes flat pack, with the screws to fix the legs back together, they are all numbered, and pilot holes are in place, as we assemble, to make sure your new ding table fit correctly, before we flat pack and package.

Sanding and Wax Finishes

All the dining tables are finished with 2-3 coats of high quality wax, before waxing we sand the boards, to remove any sharp edges. NOTE : please remember you are purchasing reclaimed wood, so there will be lots of wear nail holes possible, small splits, warping etc.. this is what gives the boards there character and industrial look, add the cool steampunk brackets, and you have a great all round look. Some boards may burnt in branding on the edges.

Hairpin Table legs

The Hairpin legs are solid steel and 12 mm thick. The pictures show a raw metal finish, NOT black. We will be offering other colours shortly, or ask us for more details. The legs come with a clear lacquer finish to stop rusting, and comes with free plastic feet protectors to protect your floor.

The Dining Table Bench dimensions

All benches are shorter than the table top, so they can be pushed under the table between the hairpin legs. The height is 40 cm excluding wood thickness. You can pick whether you would like 1 or 2 benches in the drop down menus.

  • How to Care for Leather:

  • How to Care Metal Furniture:

    1. When it comes to cleaning metal, less is more. Simply dusting regularly with a clean, dry cloth will generally do the trick.
    2. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on metal finishes, as they can be quite damaging.
    3. Note: iron or steel frames can rust furniture is exposed to excessive humidity, particularly in saltwater locations.

  • How to Care for Wood Furniture:

    1. Keep furniture away from heating and air conditioning sources to prevent loss of moisture; and avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading or darkening of wood.
    2. Use felt backing on lamps and other accessories to prevent scratches and gouges, and rotate accessories so they do not remain in the same spot all the time.
    3. Use placemats under plates and hot pads under serving dishes and coasters under beverages.
    4. Do not place newspapers or magazines on woods surfaces. The ink from these items may bleed into the finish and could damage the wood.

  • How to Care for Your Mattress:

    1. To help keep your mattress clean, a thin mattress protector is recommended so it breathes to allow airflow and heat dissipation.
    2. Don’t use dry cleaning fluid of any type on your mattress. These chemicals could damage some of the comfort and upholstery materials.
    3. Vacuuming is the only recommended cleaning method. If you must clean a stain, use mild soap with cold water and apply lightly, allowing the mattress time to fully air dry.
    4. Please remind the kids not to jump on their mattress, as doing so can break down the inner construction and materials.
